Holy sh1te I would have to have a paper bag on my head to drive that! Still, loving the price. The water leak sounds like a missing core plug we had with a pinto transit. Do Cargos lose core plugs? Failing that, maybe a missing or cut hose?

LOL Fred. I'll be driving it too but as a big tattooed biker type i look far from gay. Love the colour myself. Just finished off the headlining inside and door trims and if you hate the outside colour you'll dislike the inside.lol New LED Lights arrived today for a refurb of the rears and sides. Stripping the front indicators out and installing leds in them for the best fit so will look original butt updated leds.

The conversion looks just like our one. My daughter would love yours given it's new colour! Glad you like. The Spray job has been done with a £47 wagner electric spray gun from B&Q. Using water based gloss. Rubbed over with wet and dry and then a coat of laquer. set me back including the gun 160 quid to do.

Wowzers! Brave colour choice! I have a paint job on the cards for mine but I think Ill be sticking with blue! How did you get on with the water based stuff? Heard a lot of horror stories about it!
Rob.
PS: Could you drop in a link to the LED's you bought please? Been looking for some myself.

Rob I've used Johnstone's Metal paint before, many times. They do a nice gentian blue. I put it on with a roller. It's self levelling so you don't see many marks. The worst thing is bubbles, which are easy to get rid of by lightly rolling over with a new dry roller.

Turns out I have a leaky roof vent. Pulled some of the ply down in the living area and it's soaking wet through! Oh well, another job on the list! Did you have to reseal the windows on yours Jed? Mine are all split and shrinking but cant find a replacement.
