Now that the lighter nights are on the way I am going to get started tidying up the old girl, the cab is starting to get a little scruffy as its been sitting outside for the last few months so I reckon the welder will be out this weekend . I think I will give her a new coat of paint as well this summer, as you are probably aware the cab is white and shows every speck of rust so I am thinking of either Dark Blue or Maybe Dark Red, what colour do you chaps reckon looks best?

Recently got my new top and bottom hoses (plus a spare) shipped over from Auckland, NZ and decided to fit them last weekend. Perfect fit, though total cost including breakdown call out when my top hose blew back in October is some £500+ now - hey, ho that's what credit cards are for eh!! Oh and yes, I am completely nuts btw (you have to be!)

Sounds like fun. I think i will be at glastonbury that weekend with the truck. I hope to meet up with you guys one day. The pic of my truck is too big a file to add but im working on it. Cargo 815 i have a question. Did i read right that the 815 have a much higher ratio than an 813 so if i find a 815 gearbox and put it in my 813 it should reduce the revs? All the best everyone.

Hi e625akn,
In answer to your question regarding the gearbox ratio's IIRC 0815 is the same ratio as the 0813, it's the differential you would need to change, there is a thread on here somewhere asking very similar questions.
Regards
Alf
