First of all Happy New Year to all the Cargo Club members.
Things have been ticking over nicely on group, with new members, and plenty of knowledge being displayed. It is good to see the Forum helping owners out. That was the plan from day 1.
I have created a new member group. It is called "Cargo Expert". These are forum members with a good understanding of the Ford Cargo, and they can be seen as having green usernames. If you have a question, please post it in the "General Cargo Help" forum, where one of these experts (or another forum memeber who might know the answer) will do their best to help you. Please do NOT private message any "Cargo Experts" as any information will not be available to the group where it may help somebody else.
The first member I have promoted to staff as a "Cargo Expert" is "alfiebeard". Welcome to the team Alfie. I will now be looking at finding a second "Cargo Expert" to join the team.
More developments soon.
Andrew.

No problem Alf. I am happy with the forum at the mo. We have a steady stream of visitors every day, but there is still room for improvement. We just need to keep promoting the site as much as we can off this forum.
On another note, I plan to update the wiki page for the Ford Cargo with information on Engines, Gearboxes, Chassis information and other versions (Brazil, Freightliner, etc), as well as the new Cargo built in Turkey. If you (or anyone else reading this) can help, please let me know.
Andrew

Just a quick suggestion. Given that forum traffic is very slow, would it not be best to make it an 'open forum' - ie, non members can pop in and browse, then make their own minds up if they want to join and post etc. Most forums are like this now so as to attract new members.

Done. Whole forum can no be viewed by non-members. People still need to be a member to post on group though. This is mainly to help control spam.
