Hello,
My name is Francis Clarke, I work for a TV production company based in Manchester called Title Role Productions. Bit of an odd one here, but I'm sure this would be the best place for it. We're currently shooting the second series of our show 'Britain's Biggest Heists', which is due to air in September on the Crime and Investigation Network. The episode that we're due to shoot is about the Midland Bank Clearance Centre robbery that took place in Salford, Greater Manchester in 1995, where over £11,000,000 was stolen. An integral part of the robbery itself was a Ford Cargo with a white box and roller shutters on. As we do re-constructions of the crimes themselves, we are currently looking for a vehicle of the same kind above, plain with no writing on. If anybody has one of these (or something quite similar) and would like it to be part of a shoot for the day in Manchester or Salford, then let me know. The day itself will either be the 31st March, or the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of April (the exact date itself hasn't been pinned down yet). Payment for the day will be included, and the vechicle will be needed on shoot for four hours at the most.
If anybody would be interested in this, I can be contacted at 0161 834 2000, or drop me a line at francisclarke@titlerole.co.uk, and I'll get back to you.
Here is our website if you would like to take a closer look at the type of shows we've made already - titlerole.co.uk .
Thank you very much, hope to hear from some of you soon!

I forgot to mention, if anybody wants to find pictures of our work, a few guys from the Manchester Classic Ford Club have worked with us recently. On their website they have pictures and reviews of the days they spent with us. The people who had done it had great fun, and earned a little bit of cash for a few hours work. These can be found at manchesterclassicfordclub.co.uk .
Thanks, Francis

I used to do Facilities work for TV/Film; driving the vehicles needed for location shoots - Wardrobe, Make-Up, Production Departments etc. All vehicles involved with actual filming were mainly sourced via the 'Action Car' register. Sure you know what I mean here?? On drama shows, there was always a specialist person on hand who knew where to source various 'period vehicles' for whatever production. Don't know how it works with re-constructions though??
