Hi mate,
Nice truck you have there. Can you tell us any more about it, and what you have planned to do?
Thanks
Andy

F295 AEX is an ex coal lorry, originally purschased new by Coleman the Coalman in 1988. It's got the 4 pot, 4 speed engine / gearbox, so it's fairly lightweight in comparision to others. But I've always fancied a truck, and got the opportunity a few years ago to purchase this vehicle after it was retired from everyday use.
As you can see from the pictures, there was a 'small' hole under the drivers floor, this was sandblasted and cut out and replaced by new by a friend of mine who is pretty handy with a welder. I've removed all the old floor off the flatbed body and replaced a couple of corroded runners. The body has been blasted to bare metal and repainted silver.
The vehicle is currently under dry storage and is awaiting having the interior of the cab reinstalled and exterior cab paintwork finished.
Once completed, I would like to take the truck to shows etc.
