Hi Andy - it was the two owned by the chap in Stoke (can't remember his name, but I have spoken to him occassionally via Flickr). The units were a Perkins v8 powered 2820 and the ultra rare Cummins v8 powered 2517 (the latter being a sole survivor I believe of it's type).

hi has any one seen the 6x2 tractor unit on ebay for sale it looks a good restoration project That's G604 LHH - one of two owned in the Carruthers Collection in Scotland and one of only two 6x2 Cargo units known to survive in the UK. Alan has since sold his other 3828TS unit (G914 PGA) to a Norfolk buyer as I understand.

A15MUK is a 75e15 that's all I can see on it, we took the body off and had the chassis and brakes done rubbed down and scraped away any rusty parts red oxide followed by hamerite black, the cab had a bit of rot grinded down red oxide filled any holes and sanded down a bit more to do to get things right but she's nearly ready, not sure how to put pictures on but will do when I sus it out

F363NAR is a 0813 also owned by Smith's old tyme amusements in Cornwall purchased off a seller in Barton Cambridgeshire as a horsebox with a 4 speed box and not to fast but the engine sounds lovely, it was originally a library for a London council, now used to transport fairground games and swingboats to various shows and events in devon and cornwall, finished off in crimson lake and silver with red wheels and black hub and nuts

Just to be clear, this information thread is for the heavyweight Cargo tractor units (and perhaps 6 wheel rigids). The reason for that is simple - because they are in very short supply and are extremely rare and in that regard it is purely to keep track of what's about. I'm sure a separate database could be started for 7.5 - 17 ton trucks. Deep respect to all Cargo owners! ☺
